The depth reached was 10,928 meters, a record! After this dive, the watch that changed the game was adapted into a unique collection for the general public. Tested in real ocean conditions during its conception, the design is waterproof to a depth of 6,000 meters and complies with the ISO 6425:2018 saturation diving watch standard.An imposing designReference 215.92.46.21.01.001 is the closest version to the original model. The protagonist of the Planet Ocean Ultra Deep collection of seven watches, it is made of grade 5 titanium and has a 45.5 mm case with a sandblasted finish, topped by a satin-finished black ceramic bezel with a Liquidmetal diving scale. On the same case, there are fixed handles in the shape of a manta ray wing, where a black and cyan NATO strap in polyamide with a grade 5 titanium buckle is attached.Its domed sapphire crystal protrudes over a black grade 5 titanium dial with a central seconds hand and cyan Arabic numerals, as well as 18K white gold hour and minute hands coated with white Super-LumiNova.The caseback features the laser-engraved Sonar emblem with the iconic Seamaster collection seahorse.A high precision caliberThe watches in the Ultra Deep collection are all powered by the Omega caliber 8912, a self-winding movement with Co-Axial escapement. Certified Master Chronometer and approved by the METAS, this watch offers a power reserve of 60 hours, a precision between 0 and +5 seconds per day as well as a resistance to magnetic fields up to 15 000 gauss.
