From our estate and antique collection, this Edwardian-style three-stone openwork filigree dome ring features an Old Mine cut diamond center flanked by two Old European cut diamonds secured in milgrained bezels. The dome mounting is crafted of platinum and 18K yellow gold. It features an ornate vine and leaf pattern openwork filigree with bezel and prong set Old Mine cut diamond accents, and hand engraving accents.
